Order and pay
You pay securely via Stripe: setup plus the first subscription period. An invoice with VAT shown arrives by email.

Service terms in brief
What you order.
- Sold to businesses only. All prices are net, plus VAT where applicable.
- Setup is due on order. The subscription starts with the order and renews monthly or yearly.
- Monthly plan: 3-month minimum, then cancel at the end of any month. Yearly plan: 12 months, 2 months free.
- Add modules at any time. Removing a module takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Go-live usually takes 10 to 14 working days once logo, services, prices and opening hours are in.
- Your customer data belongs to you. CSV export at any time, and for 30 days after cancellation.
- Payment fees (e.g. Mollie, Stripe) are paid directly to the provider. MMM takes no commission on your revenue.
- Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is sent with the order confirmation.

Do I have to replace my current website?
No. Booking, shop or vouchers can be added as a page or button to any website. The designed website is a separate module.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get all customers, appointments, vouchers and orders as CSV. The system stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I add modules later?
Yes, at any time. The new module setup fee is charged once and the subscription rises from the next period. The bundle discount applies automatically from 4 add-ons.
Does it work for several locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own calendars and hours. For more than two locations we send a quote.
Do I need an app?
No. Customers use the browser, and the loyalty card also goes into Apple and Google Wallet. Your team works in a web app that installs on a phone like an app.
Who hosts the system?
Servers in the EU, daily backups, SSL. The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is sent with the order confirmation.
